The Role:

As an Account Manager, your impact is sweeping. You will be the face of Exubrancy for our clients, acting as a strategic partner to help them develop and grow their wellness programs. A successful candidate will be highly organized, an exceptional communicator, comfortable managing high-value enterprise accounts, and excited to help shape the account management function at a fast-growing organization.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, challenging work environment (Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success preferred).

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving high-growth environment.

  • Detail-Oriented: Quick, efficient, and thorough – you take pride in "nothing slipping through the cracks."

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Suite; experience with Airtable is a major plus. Familiarity with AI-based LLMs (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to enhance productivity, streamline communications, and solve problems creatively.

  • Interpersonal Excellence: Personable, exuberant, and genuinely love connecting with people via phone and in person.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Resourceful, independent, and comfortable taking the lead on new projects.

  • Mission-Driven: A genuine passion for health, wellness, and building community.

Compensation & Benefits:

$80,000-$91,000/year, based on experience. Total potential compensation includes participation in our annual company performance bonus pool, rewarding your contribution to our collective growth.

Work Environment: Hybrid NYC-based role (2 days/week in-office).

SUMMER 2026 business development intern

As our Business Development Intern, you will collaborate with Exubrancy's leadership team, currently comprised of a small group of entrepreneurial professionals with work experience at some of the world's leading companies (including Red Bull, GumGum, Yelp, and Deloitte) and academic experience from top universities (including Amherst College, Tulane University, Auburn University, Cornell University, and Columbia University). At Exubrancy, you are not just joining a rapidly scaling organization, but teaming up with an experienced team that will challenge you and invest heavily in your professional development. As our Business Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to help manage Exubrancy's growth and development. Specific projects may include sales research and campaign execution, newsletter content management, and more.
