Summary of the Position:

As a Sales Manager you will focus on outreach and pitching wellness / community-building services to a wide variety of stakeholders at top organizations. You'll be targeting and engaging potential clients, working with our lead generation systems to ensure a healthy pipeline of prospects, and sending out frequent email campaigns highlighting Exubrancy's latest offerings. You'll report to our Head of Client Experience, and will work closely with our Account Management team to operationalize programs for your clients. The ideal candidate will have a fierce work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, an exuberant personality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute prospect engagement strategies, ensuring a healthy pipeline 

  • Lead Zoom meetings, calls, and when needed, in-person meetings and office walk-throughs with prospective and current clients

  • Strive to meet monthly revenue quotas, tracking the progress and metrics of outreach conversion to meetings and deals closed 

  • Research prospective clients in target cities (NYC, Boston, DC, Chicago, LA and SF) and build contact lists using Exubrancy's lead generation platforms and resources 

  • Develop a strong working knowledge of all Exubrancy services and products to confidently answer sales prospects’ questions and provide well-informed and enticing proposals following sales calls 

  • Prepare thoughtful pitches and presentations, catered to the prospects needs

  • Work with your Account Manager to provide premium, error-free experiences for your clients and continue to nurture your relationships with clients post-sale 

  • Collaborate with a part-time Sales Assistant on lead generation and tracking activities

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2+ years of sales experience

  • A strong record of academic achievement

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft suite and, ideally, Airtable

  • Self-starter who has the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive strategic initiatives from the ground up

  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally

  • Entrepreneurial, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity

  • Passion for health & wellness

  • Ability to work in the NYC office minimum 2 days per week with the team


Compensation:

$80,000-$85,000/year + commission

This is a New York City-based hybrid position with 2 days per week required in the office working closely with the team, and the remaining 3 days optional for remote work. You will have a multi-week training with the Head of Client Experience and other leaders at Exubrancy to set you up for success in your role.

SUMMER 2024 business development intern

As our Business Development Intern, you will collaborate with Exubrancy's leadership team, currently comprised of a small group of entrepreneurial professionals with work experience at some of the world's leading companies (including Red Bull, GumGum, Yelp, and Deloitte) and academic experience from top universities (including Amherst College, Tulane University, Auburn University, Cornell University, and Columbia University). As our Business Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to help manage Exubrancy's growth and development. Specific projects may include sales research and campaign execution, newsletter content management, and more.
