Exubrancy Account Manager
Help make the world a happier, healthier place and join Exubrancy, a leading national corporate wellness company. At Exubrancy we're obsessed with helping companies and their people thrive. Hundreds of forward-thinking organizations like Spotify, Venmo, and NBC are currently enjoying our premium in-office group fitness classes, meditation sessions, massage therapy, and other wellness programs.
As an Exubrancy Account Manager, you'll work directly with our sales team to manage existing and new client accounts to ensure that clients have an exuberant experience. As a primary point of contact, your role in working with our clients will be sweeping. You'll have the opportunity to staff and manage events using our online scheduling platform; manage invoicing and delinquent payment collection processes; and work hand-in-hand with our clients to develop and grow their existing wellness programs. You will also be responsible for a set of ongoing administrative tasks, including assisting with finance and accounting tasks and fielding our corporate phone line.
In joining Exubrancy's team — currently comprised of a small group of entrepreneurial professionals with work experience at some of the world's leading organizations (e.g. Tishman Speyer, McKinsey, Coach Inc., Yelp, William Morris Endeavor, Red Bull, and Lincoln Center) and academic experience from top universities (e.g. Amherst College, Harvard College, Barnard College, and Columbia University) — you'll be integral to the growth of a rapidly-scaling startup and a true partner in our collective strategic thinking. As is such, you'll be involved in administrative tasks as well as macro decision-making.
If you are interested in joining a dynamic, forward-thinking small team that punches (way) above its weight, we look forward to receiving your application. You:
Have 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
