#Tastytuesday: FiDi NYC

Do you struggle to find healthy lunch options in FiDi NYC? Us too! Fear not, this weeks #Tastytuesday reveals some of our favourite healthy lunchtime haunts in NYC's Financial District. We’ve said it before, and we will say it again, health food fuels a healthy mind, which helps us create better work and keep our productivity levels high! We have previously covered Midtown NYCFlatiron NYCSan Francisco, Chelsea NYC, and LA.The Exubrancy staff and trainers are always racing around town, and we’ve racked up a long list of awesome healthy lunchtime spots!

Bon Appetite!

The GoGo Grill:
What happens when a Wall Street executive and a chef work together? An amazing, incredibly popular food truck that serves healthy sandwiches, wraps, falafels, and salads opens at Bowling Green. They operate Monday through Friday from 11:30am- 3:30pm, and always have daily specials! Take advantage of the summer months and take your lunch outside!

Magic Mix Juicery:
What started out as a personal quest for healing her health issues through nutrition, founder Jil Larsen, went on to create Magic Mix Juicery. With several outposts throughout NYC, (the FiDi one is located at Williams) Jil is serving only plant-based food, smoothies, and desserts to try and empower others to change their life through healthy eating, just as she did. All meals are raw, vegan, gluten free, and kosher- but don’t let that scare you away! Everything is delicious, filling, and nutritious!

Nish Nush:
Serving up delicious, gluten free, and daily made falafels and hummus is the one and only Nish Nush! Stop by their little spot and soak in the Mediterranean vibe and enjoy a healthy and satisfying lunch!

Mulberry and Vine:
Ok, it’s not exactly in the middle of FiDi, but it’s damn close. Mulberry and Vine offer a selection of seasonal, locally sourced, organic foods to grab and go, or to eat in. You have a choice of buying plates with 1 serve of protein and 2 serves of vegetable sides, 2 serves of protein and 1 serve of vegetable sides, or just 3 serves of vegetables! We definitely recommend this more than the Whole Foods self-serve counter around the corner!

Yorganic:
Yorganic has a few outposts around the city, but lucky for you FiDi workers, there is one close by! Yorganic takes a modern and healthier approach to traditional Korean Bibimbap (literally meaning mixed rice), and offers a variety of fresh vegetables, grains, and proteins all served up in one delicious bowl!
Sounds good to us!
