With springs arrival we are often inspired to shake up our daily routine after having spent the winter months inside, beneath the blankets. Spring is the season of rebirth and renewal, so it is the perfect time to reset your goals, clarify your intentions for the remaining year ahead, and redefine your health.
Here are 10 ways to reboot your everyday this spring to be happier and healthier:
1. USE YOUR WEEKENDS TO ESCAPE THE CITY
Now that the weather is warming and going outside is enjoyable, go and explore all that you’ve been wanting to do this past winter. Whether it is a trip to the beach, or upstate to see the beginnings of the branches blossom, taking a day or two to escape the constant rush of the city will give your mind and body the relax and refresh it needs.
2. TAKE YOUR WORKOUT OUTSIDE
You’ve been indoors for too long, take a long run through your local park and defrost. The fresh air will clear your mind and the sun will warm your soul.
3. SWAP YOUR METRO CARD FOR A CITIBIKE CARD
