#Exuberantweekend is here again. This weekend the team has some pretty cool things lined up in order to have a well-weekend. We hope you feel inspired to get out of the house and enjoy the wonders that the weekend can bring.

This weekend, try to practice the act of gratitude. We call it the “Attitude of Gratitude.” Staying mindful of all the things you are grateful for improves your happiness, your relationships, and reduces stress.

Liz (CEO/ Bride-To-Be/ Meditator): 

Eating Poke bowls in LA! (Also pumped that there's finally a great spot for Poke in NYC -- shout out to Wisefish!). Not only is Poke delicious, it’s super healthy and high protein! 

Allie (Director of Growth/ Yogi/ Can be found on Bumble):

On Sunday I’m biking to Trader Joe's in downtown Brooklyn from Williamsburg (Weather permitting- looking good so far! 55 and sunny!). It’s a beautiful ride along the water and Navy Yards, whilst having the added benefit of burning calories and being productive all before 11:00am!

Adriana (Head of Operations/ Newly a Brooklynite/ WeWork Soho West Meditation Teacher on Thurs 12:30pm):

Looking forward to enjoying a cocktail, live music, and Tibetan art at the Rubin Museum’s K2 Nights this Friday. It’s an awesome way to wind down, hang out with friends, and get your culture-kick for the weekend.

Alessandra (People Operations/ Multi-Linguist/ Injured):

As I have a shoulder injury, I haven't been able to do as much yoga as I would like. One of our new Exubrancy yoga instructors recommended I try 'yoga for athletes'. She says they are especially great for runners (take note all of you who are training for the upcoming half marathon!) as well as for anyone with injuries. I'll be trying out one of these classes at Pure Yoga this weekend!

Bebe (Junior Communications Associate/ Coffee Snob/ Full of Witty Banter):

Heading to the Hampton's for a weekend escape! Nothing better than taking some ‘RnR’ time away from the city. I plan to spend my time cooking, eating, reading, going for long walks outside, and I'm even going to squeeze in a cheeky class at SLT in East Hampton.

Shayne (Junior Development Associate/ Infamous Vegan Chef/ Design Enthusiast):

Getting my dance on with Exubrancy instructor Symone at her 305 fitness class on Saturday at 9:00 am. This high intensity workout is one of my favorites in the city. With a live DJ and light show, you feel like you’re partying while getting your sweat on!
