Usually Exubrancy brings group fitness classes right to your office, but on Saturday we mixed things up and introduced some of our clients to three of the hottest boutique fitness studios in NYC: The Fhitting Room, Throwback Fitness, and Swerve. We partnered with our friends at Ketanga Fitness to design an unforgettable Sweaty Saturday, and 30+ friends of Exubrancy braved the Flatiron Fitness Krawl!

The first class began at The Fhitting Room, where participants did some serious sweating during high intensity interval training and body sculpting aimed at torching calories and building muscle. The second class at Throwback Fitness was truly a throwback, combining old-school hip-hop jams with fun workout games inspired by elementary school gym days, using jump-ropes and beach balls. The third and last class of the day was a spin class that separated the group into three teams that pushed people to work harder and faster. It was a serious full-body exercise with hills, sprints, and arm workouts!

After the high-energy, challenging day, we had a fun cool-down hangout at Swerve where we refueled with Health Warrior Chia Bars, WTRMLN WTR, and Wandering Bear Iced Coffee, and chatted about the intense experience. It was a fabulous day of strength and sweat to remember, and we owe a big thanks to our fitness partners and our wonderful clients like AppNexus, AlphaSights, and DCI, for joining us and making our day so special!
