Although it may seem silly, taking a quick snapshot of yourself allows you to take a moment to lower your stress levels. Seeing yourself smile or making a funny face will remind you not to take yourself (or life) too seriously. With decreased stress and a fresh perspective, your mood and productivity will improve immediately. If your boss catches you making a duck face and wants to know what's gotten into you, send them to our blog and soon enough they'll be sneaking selfies too!
